So theres one lot on sale...https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/0-Mo ... 3040_zpid/
Where is this lot? Idk , but found this website...https://www.landandfarm.com/property/0_ ... -10947769/
And it does fit the general area....off Mt Wilson road at right fork of Coyote Cyn.

And if your crazy enough of thinking of building here, your realtor has some info https://images1.loopnet.com/d2/gLSGU3k_ ... cument.pdf
"The lot is within a Significant Ecological Area (SEA). You should not remove any plants (even if they appear dead) or alter the land in any way until you have permits to do so. Within an SEA, there are often special permits required before you can do anything on the land"

This lot is at the spot where you can shortcut up to Henninger Flats. There are a bunch of terraced sections, you can tell the spot where the fire road heads to the northwest, then does a steep switchback to the east and then you climb steeply up a section when it starts to flatten look to the left. There is no way to build there besides the access to that section is steep.

Oh, that's weird. There are lots of lots in that area: just below the big switchback on the toll rd:

If you bought it, and somehow managed to get the proper permits, how would you access it? Would somebody give you keys to the gate on Pinecrest?
