Hm, maybe I'll park on the road near Icehouse Friday night and just camp out in my car.

So I guess one could go there in the morning and snag parking along the road up to Icehouse, but then you're kind of stuck down below the epic finishing climb. What's a good plan to be able to be at Manker or the lift lots on Saturday? Get dropped off before 11? Will they even allow drop offs? Costu...

It's kind of 'meh' all the way down, I mean you're riding the SG river; it doesn't get prettier going south. The neighborhood gets better, but the concrete:nature ratio gets much higher. But once you get into Seal Beach you can either exit into old town and drink (my SOP), or dead end into the beach...

Haha, I would have to ride up halfway and meet you, otherwise it'd be a short ride to the beach.
