This is a cool idea although I've never seen any.
Whenever I see those on a peak it makes me smile.

I barely got stickers because someone was stingy. I finally got my hands on some. The big ham ones suck but I like the black ones and the blue and white ones.

Dawn Mine & the waterfalls
Last week I hiked to Dawn Mine in search of mushrooms. Lots of water in the canyon and many, many stream crossings. Most beautiful mushroom
Today while hiking upper dark canyon, I saw the most beautiful red mushroom. I've never seen one like it. There was only one and it was pretty damn cool.

This is crazy!!! People are so excited to hike Baldy in the snow and forget about the dangerous conditions that could cost them their lives. As much as I love the winter wonderland, I'm not that stupid!

Sordid Blewit- purple one
Generally blewits are light brown/dark brown& orange but I've never seen purple!
Orange jelly or tremella are the ones found on the trees

I took a group hiking past Henninger Flats on Jan 24th, the lookout tower was taken down. They also removed the sign.
